The Secrets to Rihanna's Sexy Body

With the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and his 5-Factor team, Rihanna is in the best shape ever. “She looks all-around incredible," Harley told In Touch at the launch of his 5-Factor New Balance shoe. “She has really been able to keep her body extremely feminine but still look fit.”

The 24-year-old star works out five times a week for 30 minutes at a time. “To work her abs, she does the low-body trunk twist,” explains Harley. “She lays on her back with her arms sideways, bends her knees and moves them from side to side.” Another one of her favorite moves is the bent-over reverse fly. “It’s central to pulling your back,” he explains. She also eats nutritious meals five times a day. “She is not into cooking, like one of my other clients, Lady Gaga, but Rihanna does what she has to do,” explains Harley.

And she looks just as stylish in the gym as she does onstage, thanks to her new $90 5 Factor 997s which go on sale in March.
